About Us
Sticky Vinyl Australia is our family business, based in Southern Adelaide. We sell craft supplies, run workshops, pack online orders and spend plenty of time chatting about what everyone is making. And thanks to the people who keep choosing to shop with us, we’re continuing to grow.
Opening our shop in Huntfield Heights was a big step for our family. It gave us somewhere to meet our customers, put faces to names and get to know the people behind the orders. Those conversations are a big part of what we love about having the shop. Hearing about a project, helping someone work through a tricky idea or seeing what they’ve made with something from our shelves makes the work feel personal. Because, for us, it is.
As we’ve grown, we’ve wanted to make room for more of that connection.
Our workshops are a big part of this. They’re a chance to sit down with other people, try something different and enjoy making something with your own hands. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come along. There’s room to ask questions, make mistakes, have a laugh and build a little confidence along the way. We want people to feel comfortable coming on their own, too.
We’re also lucky to have some very talented customers who turn our supplies into beautiful things for their own small businesses.
When someone contacts us looking for a custom-made item, we do our best to connect them with a customer who makes and sells what they’re after. It’s a lovely way to help someone find their personalised gift, shirt or special project, while sending work towards another small business.
We know how much goes into getting a business started. Buying supplies, working out your prices, putting your work out there and hoping someone gives you a chance; there’s a lot behind that first sale. If we can help one of our makers reach a new customer, we’re glad to do it.
On our shelves, you’ll find adhesive vinyl, heat transfer vinyl, blanks for personalisation, sublimation supplies, and the tools and accessories to bring your ideas together. We use the products we sell in our own projects, and we’re always happy to talk through what might suit yours.
