Pressing Instructions

1. Print your design in reverse (mirror).
2. Attach the printed image to the insert using heat resistant tape.
3. Position the product face up in your heat press.
4. Press using the following recommended settings:
   
• Temperature: 180–200°C
• Time: 55–65 seconds
• Pressure: Medium
5. Remove paper immediately after pressing.
