Our Heat Press Pressing Pillows help create a more even pressing surface beneath your design. The cushioned support allows raised details, such as seams and fastenings, to sink into the pillow rather than holding your heat press away from the fabric, helping you achieve more consistent pressure where it matters.

Suitable for Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV), DTF transfers and sublimation, these heat-resistant pillows are a handy addition to your pressing setup. A textured backing helps keep the pillow in place while you work.

A little support makes a big difference

Pressing a baby bodysuit, decorating a hoodie or adding a design to a bag? Thick seams, pockets and fastenings can make it difficult to achieve even contact with your heat press. A pressing pillow helps cushion these uneven areas, giving your design a better-supported surface for application. 

How to use

Place the pillow inside your garment or beneath the fabric you’re decorating, directly under the design area. Smooth the fabric, position your transfer and check your press pressure to account for the added thickness. Always follow the recommended time, temperature and pressure settings for your chosen vinyl or transfer.

For sublimation: Use suitable protective paper or white cardstock between the fabric and pillow, as required by your transfer instructions, and protect the heat plate with fresh butcher paper. The pillow does not replace these protective layers, which help prevent unwanted ink transfer onto your equipment or other parts of the garment.
