Bring your designs to life with Poli-Flex® Dimension, a premium cast polyurethane heat transfer vinyl with a striking matte finish and bold 3D effect. With a 600μ thickness, this specialty HTV is ideal for creating standout lettering, logos, and shapes that stand out from the fabric with depth and style.

Available in 30.5cm x 50cm sheets or as continuous 50cm-wide rolls. To order rolls, simply select more than one quantity, tick the “continuous length” option, and adjust your quantity until you reach the length you need.

Application Tips

• Cut with all standard plotters – a 60° blade is recommended. For best results, cut the design twice.
• Weed medium to large designs (fine detail not recommended due to material thickness).
• Heat press at 160°C, medium pressure, 25 seconds.
• Peel the carrier film cold.
• Not suitable for nylon or water-repellent textiles.
