Poli-Flex Turbo - Poli-Tape PU Heat Transfer Vinyl (50cm width)

POLI-FLEX® TURBO® is our newest polyurethane HTV equipped with a special hotmelt adhesive for fast application at a lower temperature.

Take the headache out of the application process. It takes just 5 seconds at 130°C for optimal adhesion, boosting efficiency and saving energy.

The soft, elastic transfer film provides a comfortable textile feel and excels in terms of high wearing comfort. POLI-FLEX® TURBO® excels due to its excellent opacity.

POLI-FLEX® with a self-adhesive PET liner allows for repositioning. The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticisers or heavy metals (in accordance with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I).

POLI-FLEX® TURBO® can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sports & leisure wear, sports bags and promotional articles, and can be cut with all current plotters.
We recommend using a standard 45° blade. The polyester liner should be removed warm, except for the NEON-colours liner, which should be removed lukewarm.

*We recommend testing for suitability on Nylon and temperature-sensitive fabrics.

Application Instructions:

• 130°C for 5 seconds / 160°C for 3 seconds
  
• Peel: Hot or Warm
• We cut this using a 45° blade on a Cricut Maker 3, with the "Everyday Iron-On" setting.
