Puff - Heat Transfer Vinyl

Introducing our Puff Heat Transfer Vinyl, a textured vinyl sheet available in 30cm x 25cm (12" x 9.84") or continuous-length rolls.

When applied, it creates a stunning 3D effect that adds dimension to your designs.

Crafted with durability in mind, this cuttable vinyl is perfect for creating custom designs such as logos, letters, and numbers.

Whether you prefer sheets or continuous length, we've got you covered. Select the 'continuous length' option after adding a quantity of two or more sheets to ensure your vinyl arrives in a seamless length whenever possible.

Offered in convenient 25cm x 30.5cm sheets, our Puff Vinyl allows precise customisation to fit your design needs. For larger projects or when continuity is key, we also offer the option to purchase it on a continuous roll, cut in 30.5cm increments to suit your specific requirements.

Instructions for a Perfect Puff Effect:

Use a hard surface underneath your garment, such as a wooden board. Apply firm pressure.

1. Pre-heat your garment: Ensure all the moisture has been removed and the surface is flat.
2. First Heat Press: Set your heat press to 150°C and apply for 3-4 seconds.
3. Remove the PET Carrier: Carefully hot peel off the PET carrier film from your design.
4. Second Heat Press: Apply a second firm pressure heat press at 150°C for 8 seconds to solidify the puffed effect, covering your vinyl design with a Teflon sheet.

Sticky Vinyl recommends the following:

• Do not wash your custom-made items until at least 24 hours after applying the HTV
• Where possible, turn your item inside out when washing
• Gentle machine or hand wash
• Do not use a hot wash 
• Do not tumble dry
• Cut this vinyl 'colour/print side down' on the 'mirror' setting
• Do not iron directly onto the transferred vinyl. Iron your garment inside out
• We cut this using the 'Everyday Iron On' setting
