Explore seamless sublimation on uniquely shaped, handleless, and tapered blank products effortlessly with our Heat Shrink Wrap Sleeves. These sleeves facilitate full-bleed designs with unmatched ease.

We sell two different sizes, with each packet containing ten wraps that suit:

• Our three different-sized straight Sublimation Tumblers (12oz, 15oz, and 20oz); or
• Our 40oz Trailblazer Tumbler

How to Use:

1. Prepare Your Blank: Insert your blank item with the attached transfer into the heat shrink sleeve.
2. Shrink the Film: Utilise a heat gun to carefully shrink the film sleeve, allowing it to conform perfectly to the unique contours of your product.
3. Heat Process: Place the sleeved product into your preferred heat application tool—whether it's a convection oven, air fryer, or a 3D vacuum.
4. Bake to Perfection: Follow the recommended temperature and time settings specific to your product for optimal results. The sleeves are rated to approximately 140° for 6 minutes.
