More Info

Bring your favourite photos, names and colourful designs to life with a personalised wind spinner! Create a thoughtful gift, brighten up your garden or add something a little different to your handmade market stall collection.

Made from white gloss aluminium, these blanks can be sublimated on both sides, then opened into a 3D decoration that spins in the breeze, in two different sizes and shapes.

Product details

  • Finish: Gloss white, with two printable sides.

  • Includes: 1 wind spinner, hanging hook and swivel.

  • Supplied flat and unprinted, ready to personalise.

How to use

  1. Print your design: Mirror your artwork and print using sublimation ink and paper.

  2. Prepare the blank: Keep the spinner flat. Remove any protective film from both sides and wipe clean.

  3. Position your design: Secure the printed image against the white surface using heat-resistant tape. Place the transfer underneath the spinner, with protective paper above and below.

  4. Heat press: Press at 180–200°C for 60–80 seconds using high pressure.

  5. Print the other side: Carefully remove the transfer while warm—the metal will be hot. Allow to cool, then repeat for the second side using fresh protective paper.

  6. Shape and hang: Once completely cool, gently fan out the cut sections evenly to create the 3D shape. Attach the hook and swivel, then hang with room to spin freely.

Press settings are a guide. Test first and adjust to suit your heat press and materials.
